Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting to identify, engage, and secure infrastructure talent.
  • Deliver a strong experience for hiring managers and candidates throughout sourcing, interview, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies to support company growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert on sourcing highly specialized roles.
  • Conduct kickoff sessions with hiring managers to gather requirements and clarify search needs.
  • Review resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Prepare offer letters and negotiate offers with candidates.
  • Maintain detailed candidate records and notes in the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to improve processes and standardize recruiting practices.
  • Promote diversity hiring by sourcing and presenting qualified candidates from diverse organizations and networks.
  • Support new-hire retention by helping implement practices that reduce early turnover.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience recruiting technical professionals.
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting infrastructure professionals in areas such as aviation, transportation, survey, water, or energy.
  • Experience in a technical sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition role.
  • Working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and employment trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to source, engage, and attract high-demand candidates.
  • Experience recruiting globally and understanding differences across global locations (preferred).
  • Prior recruiting experience in the architecture, engineering, geospatial (AEG) industry is desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with both on-site and remote associates.
  • Must already possess work authorization in the country where the job is located; visa sponsorship is not available.
