Description

  • Provide technical customer support for the Wiz product.
  • Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues.
  • Identify cases that require technical or strategic escalation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on core Wiz product technologies.
  • Mentor and coach team members on case management best practices and technical upskilling.
  • Create, collect, and publish support and training content for the team.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation covering after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.
  • Coordinate incident management requests with product and engineering teams.
  • Design and implement automation solutions that scale the support offering.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working 9-6 EST/EDT.
  • 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or a related customer-facing role.
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, such as AKS, GKS, or EKS.
  • Experience reading or debugging code in one or more of Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript, or JSON.
  • Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux operating system environments.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Technical Escalation Support experience in a Tier 2/3 environment, or a related customer-facing role (preferred).
  • 2+ years of deep technical and architectural knowledge of security, networking, and cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
  • Must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person and reside in the contiguous United States.

Benefits

  • Full-time compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • US base salary range of $128,000 to $176,000.
