Description

  • Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers supporting large enterprise accounts across the region.
  • Recruit, retain, develop, and coach regionally focused Solutions Engineers.
  • Partner with the Japan Sales Team and account teams to build strong working relationships.
  • Act as a technical leader who contributes hands-on technical expertise as well as team leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Drive team accountability for deal management in Salesforce.
  • Help customers achieve maximum value from Wiz’s solution through close cross-functional teamwork.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Background in network engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
  • Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks.
  • Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates, and keys.
  • Experience with traditional CSPM tools and/or cloud infrastructure security (bonus point).
  • Technical SaaS selling experience (bonus point).
  • Awareness of the CI/CD process (bonus point).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (bonus point).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
