Description

  • Own end-to-end technical implementation for strategic client deployments, from data ingestion through complex platform configuration.
  • Serve as the technical architect for client implementations and translate business needs into platform setups.
  • Work at the intersection of software engineering and solutions architecture to integrate complex enterprise data into the Syndio platform.
  • Use AI prompting and implementation tooling to resolve product exceptions, automate data mapping, and handle unique client edge cases.
  • Design configurations and adoption workflows that embed Syndio into clients’ HR and compensation operations.
  • Lead technical deep-dives with client stakeholders and guide implementation decisions.
  • Manage multiple complex technical workstreams while maintaining high-quality documentation and execution standards.
  • Collaborate with Core Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams to improve the platform and implementation process.
  • Provide feedback to engineering and product teams, and in some cases contribute directly to core product development.
  • Build reusable implementation artifacts such as scripts, prompts, and templates to reduce time-to-value for the team.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Technical Solutions Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data transformation and ETL processes.
  • Experience leveraging LLMs and AI prompting to accelerate implementations, automate data mapping, and resolve technical product exceptions.
  • Experience working with APIs and modern iPaaS / integration tools to move data between enterprise systems such as HRIS, ATS, and Payroll.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with client stakeholders and translate business needs into platform configurations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high quality and documentation standards.
  • Comfort working in complex, messy enterprise data environments and mapping them into structured platforms.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Experience in a client-facing, cross-functional environment is preferred.
  • Interest in using AI to automate repetitive implementation tasks is preferred.
