Description

  • Serve as the designated technical expert for delivery of Wiz’s services portfolio.
  • Advise customers on cloud security best practices and act as a trusted advisor on behalf of Wiz.
  • Explain how Wiz integrates across a customer’s security architecture.
  • Deliver project-based services across the Advanced Services portfolio.
  • Work as a subject matter expert in at least two service areas, such as migrations and integration, advanced deployments, CSP, SCD, CDR, or data and AI security.
  • Help customers maximize ROI from Wiz by supporting implementation against security objectives.
  • Identify project risks and coordinate with project management to notify the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Engage with account teams to understand customer business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Wiz services and products.
  • Partner with the Wiz product team to provide feedback on feature requests and bugs within project scope.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: cloud architecture or engineering, security architecture or engineering, post-sales implementation or engineering, or professional services/service delivery.
  • Hands-on experience building, securing, or administering applications or solutions in GCP, Azure, and/or AWS.
  • Scripting or coding experience in Python, Bash, Go, Rego, or PowerShell.
  • Experience writing and using Helm Charts, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, or Terraform.
  • Experience administering or architecting cloud containers and Kubernetes.
  • Practical knowledge of SDLC, DevOps tools and processes, and CI/CD systems.
  • Cloud security knowledge in CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, CNAPP, and/or vulnerability management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven track record working with customers in a technical role, including managing expectations, balancing design and business requirements, executing on technical outcomes, and leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, work independently, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent Japanese required.
  • English speaking required.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
