Description

  • Review denied and partially approved homeowners insurance claims to determine dispute strategy.
  • Analyze insurance claim reports and identify the basis for full roof replacement arguments.
  • Prepare claim rebuttal packets and supporting documentation for insurance adjusters.
  • Create detailed supplement justifications using photos, documentation, and code references.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters by phone and email to confirm receipt of documents and push approvals forward.
  • Reopen denied or partially approved claims when needed and handle back-and-forth negotiations.
  • Escalate unresolved claims to supervisors or managers when necessary.
  • Maintain organized claim notes and status updates in CRM systems such as JobNimbus.
  • Upload and keep all claim documentation accessible and up to date.
  • Track active claims and key metrics such as approval rate, days to approval, and revenue recovered.

Requirements

  • Experience with insurance claims, roofing, or construction estimating.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as JobNimbus and AccuLynx.
  • Strong knowledge of supplementing and dispute processes.
  • Experience with Xactimate is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and persistence.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Must not have other clients during required work hours.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • High-speed internet connection with minimum 10 Mbps.
  • Noise-canceling headset.
  • Webcam for virtual meetings.
  • Quiet, professional workspace.
