Description

  • Answer inbound calls, return missed calls, and respond to new patient inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
  • Educate patients about services and next steps.
  • Manage medical records and assist with referrals.
  • Send invoice reminders and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Assist with insurance eligibility verification and prior authorizations when needed.
  • Support patient conversion and maintain high patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure prompt follow-through on assigned administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience supporting US-based healthcare clients as a Medical Virtual Assistant.
  • Strong English communication skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Experience in medical administration and customer service.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and patient-focused.
  • Experience with Primary Care or Wellness is a plus.
  • Clinical experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Elation and Weave is a plus.
  • Sales or patient conversion experience is an advantage.
  • Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
  • Must be available to attend video meetings with camera on when required.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps.
  • Noise-canceling headset and working webcam.
  • Quiet and professional workspace.
