Description

  • Assist with onboarding new team members, including document collection and data entry into HR systems.
  • Maintain and update employee records (licenses, certifications, training) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support payroll processing by reviewing timecards, identifying discrepancies, and preparing payroll-related reports.
  • Generate and submit internal KPI and compliance reports.
  • Conduct interviews and represent the company professionally during candidate screening.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, HR policies, and scheduling.
  • Track employee training completion and continuing education requirements.
  • Prepare invoices and assist with payment processing for services and vendors.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering calls, routing inquiries, sending documents, and managing paperwork.
  • Ensure employee data is clean, organized, audit-ready, and provide general operational support across HR and payroll functions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in HR, payroll, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Relevant work experience in HR, admin, payroll, or similar roles (experience level not explicitly specified).
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to submit an NBI clearance and/or local police clearance background check before onboarding (mandatory).
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Availability to work the specified part-time schedule (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday–Friday).
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer and a quiet, professional workspace.
  • High-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps), noise-canceling headset, and webcam for virtual meetings.
  • No medical degree or license required.
  • Spanish bilingual candidates noted (higher pay band applies), considered a preferred qualification.
