Description

  • Conduct outbound patient reactivation calls to bring inactive patients back onto the schedule using structured follow-up cadences.
  • Perform post-visit outreach to encourage treatment plan acceptance and gather patient feedback.
  • Handle collections and aging account follow-ups to reduce outstanding balances.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and send patient reminders.
  • Provide professional customer service and respond to patient inquiries through inbound and outbound communication channels.
  • Support inside sales activities, including collecting payments and helping convert appointments and treatment plans.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and patient coordination.
  • Perform billing support tasks and maintain accurate patient records in scheduling and practice systems.
  • Track follow-ups consistently and work toward appointment, reactivation, and collections targets.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling, follow-ups, or appointment setting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in patient reactivation and collections.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Strong spoken English with a neutral or North American-sounding accent, and very clear English speaking and writing ability.
  • Experience with Dentrix or a similar dental/medical system.
  • Experience using phone or VoIP systems such as Mango.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security practices.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools, messaging apps like Slack or WhatsApp, email, and phone systems.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts aligned with MST.
  • Ability to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding, if required.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer, high-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps, noise-canceling headset, webcam, and a quiet professional workspace.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
