Description

  • Review video introductions and role-specific assessments to decide which candidates move forward.
  • Conduct up to 10 interviews per day, each lasting 30 minutes, with strong preparation and focus.
  • Write clear interview notes and candidate profilers that hiring leaders can use the same day.
  • Endorse top candidates to Ops Leads and Executives with supporting evidence.
  • Contribute to sourcing efforts in addition to the coordinator-managed pipeline.
  • Attend weekly coaching, team meetings, and calibration sessions with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Send a daily end-of-day report on the recruiting pipeline.
  • Collaborate directly with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager to improve hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of US recruiting experience with US-based companies or clients; this is non-negotiable.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsement, and offer coordination.
  • Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and social media.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage daily reporting and multiple open roles.
  • Comfortable working US hours with flexibility across regions.
  • Bonus: experience recruiting in the Philippines or Latin America markets.
