Description

  • Productionize AI-built prototypes with authentication, access scoping, error handling, data integrity, testing, monitoring, documentation, and handover.
  • Own hosting, environments, CI/CD, secrets, backups, dependencies, and releases for GTM-owned services.
  • Manage security for partner-facing software, including authentication, authorization, multi-tenant data scoping, and partner security inquiries.
  • Own repositories, code reviews, feature flags, and quality standards for prototypes before release.
  • Plan and run staged rollouts, partner pilots, rollback procedures, and release communications.
  • Build integrated systems that connect internal data, processes, products, and departments.
  • Co-own the context layer supporting GTM, sales, customer success, and other agents.
  • Contribute to Wingtra’s AI engineering practices and collaborate with product, data, process, and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • University degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience operating customer-facing software in production.
  • Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres, and a modern hosting platform.
  • AI-native development approach, including using coding agents and reviewing, hardening, and owning generated code.
  • Practical knowledge of authentication, authorization, multi-tenant scoping, secrets management, and data protection.
  • Experience integrating CRM and ERP APIs such as HubSpot or Odoo, working with webhooks, and reconciling inconsistent data across systems.
  • Product management experience, including internal and external customer interactions and product management practices.
  • Strong written communication, decision documentation, proactive collaboration, and willingness to enforce quality standards.
  • Commercial fluency with pricing models, channel margins, and renewal terms (preferred).
  • Experience with partner or channel businesses, two-tier distribution, or productionizing other teams’ prototypes (preferred).
