Description

  • Take ownership of new client requisitions and translate complex requirements into actionable search strategies across Administrative, Marketing, Real Estate, Technical, and other roles.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to understand client business models, hiring objectives, and the underlying ‘why’ for each requisition.
  • Define the ideal candidate profile and guide the Sourcing team to build and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline aligned with client software and workflow requirements.
  • Lead and manage the workflow and calibration of the Sourcing team to ensure consistent standards and timely delivery.
  • Conduct end-to-end vetting and competency-based interviews for roles from entry-level to executive, assessing technical skills, English proficiency, and fit to the Top 1% quality standard.
  • Act as the final gatekeeper of candidate quality before profiles are presented to CSMs, ensuring high profile-acceptance rates.
  • Proactively communicate and iterate with CSMs based on feedback to refine searches and candidate shortlists in real time.
  • Coordinate with the Product Delivery Specialist to validate feasibility of post-sales client requests before proceeding with additional sourcing or endorsements.
  • Lead specialized, hard-to-fill or high-stakes requisitions requiring unconventional sourcing and creative problem solving.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in an agency, RPO, or managed staffing environment.
  • Proven track record hiring across multiple industries and job functions (not limited to a single niche).
  • Experience in internal stakeholder management, balancing CSM needs with talent market realities.
  • Ability to conduct competency-based interviews for diverse roles and identify top-quartile/top 1% talent.
  • Deep familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and techniques to find hard-to-find (“purple squirrel”) candidates.
  • Experience vetting technical skills and assessing English proficiency for remote hires.
  • Philippines-based or eligible to work in the Philippines; available for a full-time, remote role.

  • Monthly salary range: ₱40,000 - ₱50,000
