Description

  • Audit proposals, designs, selections, payment milestones, and client commitments for completeness.
  • Identify project gaps, conflicts, risks, permits, and trade requirements before scheduling.
  • Coordinate measurements, site documentation, pre-construction walks, suppliers, warehouse teams, installers, and trade partners.
  • Build installation-ready scopes of work, schedules, critical paths, procurement plans, and client-facing Gantt charts in Buildertrend.
  • Manage material ordering, lead times, backorders, damages, shortages, returns, and staging through resolution.
  • Manage 10–20 active projects while tracking schedules, jobsite updates, open decisions, materials, and client commitments.
  • Coordinate remodeling trades in the correct sequence and resolve field issues, unforeseen conditions, and change orders.
  • Track project costs, labor, materials, margins, variances, credits, reorders, and installer invoices.
  • Lead project review meetings, assign owners and due dates, communicate updates, and reset expectations when conditions change.
  • Drive punch-list completion, client acceptance, final documentation, warranty handoff, collections, closeout, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience with U.S.-based high-end residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
  • Experience managing projects from sold handoff through procurement, construction, punch, and closeout.
  • Working knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing, electrical, gas, flooring, drywall, paint, appliances, shower systems, and glass.
  • Ability to manage 10–20 concurrent projects while maintaining deadlines, client commitments, and financial visibility.
  • Strong Buildertrend or comparable U.S. construction project-management software experience.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including cost tracking, variance review, filters, lookups, and project reporting.
  • Excellent spoken and written English for communication with U.S. homeowners, installers, suppliers, and leadership.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, professional workspace, dependable computer/headset, and backup internet and power plans.
  • Availability Monday–Saturday, 4:30 AM–1:00 PM PST, for at least 50 hours per week with substantial U.S. Eastern business-hours overlap.
  • USB noise-canceling headset, webcam, computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, primary internet of at least 25 Mbps, and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
