Description

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Engage leads across multiple channels, including email and LinkedIn.
  • Prospect for new leads and identify potential customers.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects to drive sign-ups and book qualified meetings.
  • Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Track prospect engagement and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on lead activity and outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or cold calling.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and lead engagement.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with CRM and sales outreach platforms.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • USB noise-canceling headset, working webcam, and computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Primary internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps; familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Instantly, Heyreach, GoJiberry, RB2B, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite.
