Description

  • Partner with clients' HR groups and field teams to support hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to improve hire quality and reduce time to hire.
  • Source candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
  • Screen and vet candidates for competencies and technical fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including resume review, phone interviews, client discussions, and offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate candidates through the recruiting and onboarding process with the field team and clients.
  • Open and close requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability using cloud-based calendars.
  • Contribute to ongoing recruitment process improvements.
  • Monitor and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a recruiter.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience hiring US candidates is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Asana, Handshake, LinkedIn, and Indeed is required.
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift and follow US work hours (40+ hours per week).
  • Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP tools.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Must be tech savvy and proactive.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM are required.
  • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps are required.
