Description

  • Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects from multiple lead sources.
  • Initiate contact with leads interested in purchasing properties and assess their needs and level of interest.
  • Set appointments for real estate agents and brokers.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and calls in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on engagement efforts, key metrics, and observations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a cold caller or in a sales-related role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least B2 level.
  • Solid organizational skills and excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP tools.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Must be tech savvy, proactive, and able to work on a graveyard shift.
  • Must have a USB noise-cancelling headset, webcam, computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, and reliable internet of at least 25 Mbps with 10 Mbps backup.
