Description

  • Own the product roadmap, feature definition, and overall product experience.
  • Become an expert user of Central and map the product surface across dashboards, features, and modules.
  • Turn complex workflows into simple, integrated user experiences.
  • Lead design reviews and recommend UX improvements and future features.
  • Identify product gaps, friction, inconsistencies, and regressions through deep product analysis.
  • Use usage data and customer feedback to prioritize high-impact improvements.
  • Develop onboarding experiences that improve conversion and reduce drop-offs.
  • Translate product knowledge into onboarding materials, product marketing pages, and in-app education.
  • Create comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering while independently driving UX decisions when needed.

Requirements

  • Hands-on product management experience, ideally taking products or features from 0→1.
  • Strong UX/UI and interaction design judgment.
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing product onboarding to increase conversion and reduce drop-offs.
  • Highly detail-oriented and meticulous, with strong judgment on priorities and product simplicity.
  • Data-driven and customer-centric approach to product decisions.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex products and become a central product expert.
  • Experience identifying gaps by comparing specifications, staging environments, and production behavior.
  • Ability to produce detailed, high-quality PRDs, tickets, prototypes, or designs with minimal review.
  • Strong collaboration skills with design and engineering teams.
  • Immediate availability preferred; all candidates will be considered.
