Description

  • Own the product roadmap, feature definition, and end-to-end product experience.
  • Become a Central product expert and map how the dashboard, features, and modules connect.
  • Identify UX friction, gaps, inconsistencies, and regressions through product deep-dives and data analysis.
  • Lead design reviews and propose UX improvements and future features.
  • Simplify complex workflows into a clean, integrated user experience.
  • Optimize onboarding to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs.
  • Translate product understanding into onboarding materials, product marketing pages, and in-app education.
  • Create comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal review.
  • Partner with design and engineering while independently driving UX direction when needed.
  • Prioritize and ship simple, high-impact improvements based on usage signals and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Hands-on product management experience, preferably taking products from 0 to 1.
  • Strong UX/UI and interaction-design judgment.
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing product onboarding, conversion, and drop-off rates.
  • Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to identify subtle product gaps.
  • Strong product judgment with an ability to distinguish important issues from noise.
  • Data-driven and customer-centric approach to prioritization.
  • Experience producing detailed PRDs, tickets, prototypes, or product designs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with design and engineering teams.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment.
  • Immediate availability preferred; all candidates will be considered.
