Description

  • Build and manage prospect lists focused on construction, manufacturing, logistics, and other equipment-heavy businesses.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn touches to nurture leads and build relationships.
  • Pre-qualify prospects by handling objections, educating them on financing products, and scheduling qualified meetings.
  • Maintain the CRM with detailed notes, follow-up schedules, and accurate pipeline status.
  • Track warm buying signals and follow up strategically over weeks or months.
  • Manage the sales cycle through 60-80% of the funnel before handing prospects to a closer for final negotiations.

Requirements

  • Expert/native English proficiency.
  • Consultative sales experience.
  • Expert CRM and pipeline management skills.
  • Advanced LinkedIn prospecting and multi-channel outreach experience.
  • Strong objection handling and pre-qualification skills.
  • Must be highly skilled at email and LinkedIn outreach, not just phone dialing.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM minimum.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Experience with sales intelligence, data enrichment, and multi-channel sales engagement tools is preferred.
