Description

  • Manage social media content creation, scheduling, engagement, trend research, and performance tracking across multiple brands and platforms.
  • Create promotional graphics, flyers, and marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content with captions and branding.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
  • Design email templates and track campaign performance.
  • Develop and manage content calendars.
  • Manage multiple brand priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in social media management.
  • Graphic design and video editing capabilities.
  • Experience creating and managing content calendars.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent video-editing tools.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Mailchimp or Klaviyo, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written English communication, time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
  • USB noise-cancelling headset, working webcam, and computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Availability for a full-time, 40-hour schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
