Description

  • Design and manage full customer lifecycle automation programs (welcome sequences, retention, upsell, reactivation).
  • Build and deploy drip and nurture email campaigns and triggered flows based on user behavior or lifecycle stage.
  • Maintain subscriber lists and databases, ensuring data hygiene (remove duplicates, apply proper tags).
  • Implement and manage tracking and tagging (UTMs, campaign parameters) and integrate CRM/CDP with other tools and web tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze automation performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions) and recommend optimizations (segmentation, personalization).
  • Troubleshoot basic issues in campaigns and automations (broken links, automations not firing) and perform regular audits of workflows.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams on email templates and landing page assets and lead cross-departmental personalization projects.
  • Own automation documentation and SOPs, maintain monitoring dashboards, and define the martech/automation roadmap.
  • Mentor or lead junior automation/operations staff and guide best-practice implementation across the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses.
  • 2+ years experience in social media OR 1-2 years experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience and a compelling portfolio of creative work.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems and strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), at least B2 level.
  • Knowledge of layouts, typography, print, and web design; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, or similar tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, or Pardot and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with integration and workflow tools (Zapier, webhooks), tag managers, project management tools, and reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Ability to work US hours (graveyard shift availability) and commit 20–40 hours per week for this remote role.
  • Home office setup meeting technical requirements: USB noise-cancelling headset, working webcam, computer with ≥1.8 GHz processor and ≥4 GB RAM, main internet ≥25 Mbps (cable) and backup ≥10 Mbps.
