Description

  • Establish rapport and build positive business relationships with customers and clients.
  • Source potential sales leads and collect contact details from social media, referrals, events, online channels, and other sources.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and include them in campaigns.
  • Maintain an accurate sales prospecting database or CRM.
  • Follow up with leads via email, SMS, and phone calls.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and apply criteria for qualifying leads and monitor conversion rates.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for phone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Proficiency with lead generation software and online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with desktop sharing tools, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
  • Experience using word-processing software and spreadsheets such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Tech-savvy and proactive attitude.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps cable service and a 10 Mbps backup connection.
