Description

  • Build and maintain advanced Clay workflows for scraping, enrichment, verification, scoring, routing, and personalization.
  • Use APIs, webhooks, and custom code to automate outbound data pipelines and lead flows.
  • Set up and manage multi-domain email infrastructure, including warming, DNS, DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and verification.
  • Build scalable outbound campaign systems in Instantly using Apollo data and maintain deliverability across all domains.
  • Ship several outbound experiments per week and measure performance across copy, offers, personas, and subject lines.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to track performance from open to reply to meeting to revenue.
  • Write clear outbound emails and short-form sequences with deep personalization.
  • Write small Python or JavaScript scripts, integrate tools, and clean, transform, and normalize data.
  • Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot deliverability issues, and continuously improve outbound system performance.
  • Automate manual steps so the outbound engine becomes increasingly self-sustaining.

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience with Clay, including advanced formulas, automations, and integrations.
  • Strong experience with Apollo and Instantly.
  • Ability to write clean, concise outbound copy in English.
  • Experience setting up email domains, DNS, verification, and warming.
  • Ability to write scripts in Python and/or JavaScript.
  • Strong data skills, including normalization, deduplication, cleansing, and schema design.
  • Experience running large-scale outbound campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset.
  • Portfolio, GitHub, or work samples showing past automation work.
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS outbound is preferred.
  • Experience building outbound systems sending 100k–1M+ emails per month is preferred.
  • Experience with dashboards such as Looker Studio, Retool, or Metabase is preferred.
  • Familiarity with web scraping tools and unofficial APIs is preferred.
