Description

  • Own SEO and organic channel strategy, including keyword research, competitive analysis, topic clustering, and organic traffic growth.
  • Develop and manage content strategy, including on-page optimization, pillar-cluster architecture, publishing cadence, and backlink acquisition.
  • Audit and improve technical SEO to strengthen site authority, crawl efficiency, and long-term search visibility.
  • Build and optimize landing pages and conversion paths, using A/B testing, multivariate testing, and heatmapping to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze behavioral data in GA4, PostHog, or similar tools to identify drop-offs and improve user flows, CTAs, forms, and personalization triggers.
  • Create SEO-focused copy for landing pages, long-form content, and nurturing assets that drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to keep messaging, positioning, and brand consistent.
  • Design and manage lifecycle email and CRM flows for onboarding, engagement, upsell, winback, and referrals.
  • Implement no-code automations across CRM, analytics, and product events to trigger personalized nurturing and retargeting.
  • Run and scale low-cost growth experiments such as co-marketing, affiliate programs, influencer collaborations, community initiatives, and referral loops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO and CRO experience in competitive B2B environments.
  • Track record of driving organic revenue and growth for B2B SaaS businesses.
  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS from $0 to $1-5M ARR through SEO and CRO, with measurable results preferred.
  • Proficiency with analytics and growth tools such as GA4, PostHog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Framer.
  • Experience with campaign managers and automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Make.
  • Strong fundamentals in attribution, funnel analytics, and growth modeling.
  • Ability to prototype and launch experiments in days, not weeks, preferably using AI tools for research, content, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional team settings.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments with high autonomy.
