Description

  • Build and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn through rapid testing and daily budget decisions.
  • Create and run automated outbound systems using tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Apollo to book qualified demos.
  • Research, scrape, enrich, and segment lead lists for targeted outreach and campaign execution.
  • Write personalized email and LinkedIn sequences that drive replies and generate meetings.
  • Produce ad creatives and landing page variants using tools like Canva and Figma.
  • Develop and improve landing pages, signup flows, and email nurture sequences to increase conversion from click to paid customer.
  • Track performance against revenue-focused metrics such as demos booked, qualified pipeline, ROAS, CAC, and closed revenue.
  • Experiment with unconventional marketing tactics, events, and attention-grabbing growth plays.
  • Work directly with the founders to own strategy and execution across the growth funnel.

Requirements

  • Experience taking a product from negligible revenue to over $1M ARR.
  • Ability to work as a hands-on individual contributor in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Comfort with technically scrappy execution, including fixing pixels and building workflows without developer support.
  • Experience using Framer or other web builders, Stripe, PostHog, and attribution tools.
  • Strong copywriting ability for B2B marketing and sales-focused messaging.
  • Ability to operate with urgency, ownership, and a bias toward doing the work yourself.
  • Familiarity with modern outbound and growth tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Apollo (preferred).
  • Experience with paid advertising and creative testing across Meta, Google, or LinkedIn (preferred).
