Description

  • Import client leads via CSV, configure custom fields, and manage GoHighLevel pipelines.
  • Design, build, test, and document SMS reactivation campaigns and automated workflows.
  • Implement response-based branching logic for automated campaigns.
  • Manage A2P registration, consent tracking, DND status, and opt-out requests.
  • Configure Conversation AI and define automated-to-human conversation handover procedures.
  • Integrate calendars and create automated appointment-booking workflows.
  • Build reporting dashboards to track recovered revenue.
  • Create reusable GoHighLevel snapshots for scalable deployment.

Requirements

  • Hands-on, practical experience managing backend setups in GoHighLevel.
  • Experience setting up pipelines, custom fields, and clean CSV lead imports.
  • Experience building SMS campaigns, automated workflows, and branching logic.
  • Familiarity with A2P registration, consent tracking, DND protocols, and opt-out handling.
  • Experience configuring Conversation AI and automated-to-human handovers.
  • Experience with calendar and appointment-booking integrations.
  • Ability to build recovered-revenue reporting dashboards and reusable GHL snapshots.
  • USB noise-canceling headset and working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Primary internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
