Description

  • Build pixel-perfect landing pages in Framer with micro-interactions, scroll-based animations, and fast load times.
  • Prototype, test, and refine complex motion sequences that differentiate the brand from competitors.
  • Map narrative arcs, user flows, and conversion goals for landing page experiences.
  • Translate early ideas and copy into high-fidelity visuals, starting in Figma when needed and finishing in Framer.
  • Maintain a scalable design system across multiple product sites and campaigns.
  • Run rapid A/B experiments on sections, calls to action, and animation timing to improve conversion.
  • Ensure builds are performant, responsive across devices, and aligned with basic SEO standards.
  • Document best practices, component libraries, and hand-off guides for other builders.
  • Create reusable Framer components for common page sections such as hero areas, pricing tables, and testimonial sliders.
  • Benchmark against competitors and help establish a distinctive M32 AI web aesthetic.

Requirements

  • Strong fluency in Framer, including variables, code overrides, and CMS.
  • Experience prototyping in Figma or After Effects when needed.
  • Strong motion design sensibility and ability to create polished interactive experiences.
  • Understanding of performance budgets, lazy-loading strategies, and modern web standards.
  • Comfort working in async, fast-iteration, founder-driven environments.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create scroll-stopping web pages that convert.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Experience treating design as product through hypothesis, testing, learning, and iteration.
  • Familiarity with AI and design tools such as Framer Pro, Figma, GPT-4, Claude, v0, LottieFiles, and Spline is a plus.
  • Ability to complete an async Framer build test and participate in a live design critique as part of the hiring process.
