Description

  • Test site changes across desktop and mobile to ensure functionality, formatting, and user experience are consistent.
  • Review site updates before launch to ensure they meet quality and brand standards.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs with enough detail for engineering follow-through.
  • Own the site merchandising strategy, including featured inventory, carousels, and what appears front and center.
  • Develop and execute a secondary market spotlight strategy to surface complementary inventory alongside active primary auctions.
  • Use front-end modules and tools to keep them activated and effective for driving site performance.
  • Support marketing by ensuring the site is aligned with campaigns, landing pages, promotional moments, and conversion flow.
  • Connect site decisions to customer behavior and performance data to improve navigation and conversion.
  • Build scalable workflows for publishing and content changes so non-technical teams can move faster and more independently.
  • Manage day-to-day CMS execution, including item pages, collections, banners, images, product copy, and merchandising updates.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in web operations, digital production, CMS management, or a related role.
  • Meaningful exposure to e-commerce, marketplace, or auction environments is preferred.
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding that the site is a revenue-driving conversion channel.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality.
  • Experience testing websites across browsers, devices, and responsive layouts.
  • Ability to clearly document bugs and communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and an understanding of how websites work under the hood.
  • Ability to create structure in an evolving, fast-moving environment.
  • Experience working closely with marketing on campaign execution and conversion optimization is a plus.
  • Comfort using data and site analytics to inform decisions is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve speed and efficiency is a plus.
