Description

  • Design page templates, page architecture, navigation, and key site flows for four brands.
  • Build and maintain the Webflow design system, component library, and design tokens.
  • Create and refine UX/UI standards for usability, accessibility, and conversion best practices.
  • Design and implement interactions and motion, including micro-interactions, scroll behavior, and animations.
  • Develop test-ready page variants and collaborate closely on CRO experiments.
  • Partner with the Technical Growth Manager on production handoff, QA, and scaling templates across CMS-driven pages.
  • Start the Home Gnome site in Webflow and help migrate LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and ProBase into the shared system.
  • Maintain strong visual design, brand consistency, and quality across thousands of SEO and landing pages.
  • Use custom CSS or JavaScript when Webflow native tools are not enough.

Requirements

  • Top-tier visual and brand design portfolio with modern, polished marketing site work.
  • Strong experience executing within brand guidelines across multiple distinct brands.
  • Expert-level Webflow experience building and maintaining complex, multi-page sites.
  • Experience with component architecture, design systems, and dynamic content in Webflow.
  • Deep knowledge of UX/UI, usability, WCAG accessibility, and conversion best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with technical, CRO, SEO, paid, content, and analytics partners.
  • Self-directed, fast-moving work style with the ability to ship quickly without heavy oversight.
  • Comfort using Claude Code and Claude as part of the design and build workflow.
  • Ability to write custom CSS and JavaScript, and read/debug code when needed.
  • Preferred: experience working on growth teams, conversion funnels, and A/B testing.
