Description

  • Build and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn through rapid testing and iteration.
  • Launch, pause, and scale campaigns based on ROAS and CAC performance.
  • Create and manage automated outbound systems using tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Apollo.
  • Scrape prospect lists, enrich contact data, and write personalized outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn.
  • Produce ad creatives and landing page variants using tools like Canva and Figma.
  • Develop landing pages, copy, signup flows, and email nurture sequences to improve conversion throughout the funnel.
  • Focus on demos booked, qualified pipeline, and closed revenue rather than vanity metrics.
  • Experiment with unconventional marketing tactics and event-based growth ideas to generate attention.
  • Work directly with the founders as the first marketer on the team and own growth execution end to end.

Requirements

  • Experience taking a product from negligible revenue to more than $1M ARR (required).
  • Comfort operating in a 0-to-1 startup environment with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Ability to run campaigns and execute growth work without relying on a manager or large support team.
  • Hands-on technical scrappiness, including fixing pixels and setting up Zapier workflows independently.
  • Experience working with Framer or other web builders, Stripe, PostHog, and attribution tools.
  • Strong copywriting ability for B2B marketing, including headlines and outbound emails that drive replies.
  • Ability to use Canva or Figma to create marketing assets independently.
  • Familiarity with modern outbound and prospecting tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Apollo (preferred).
  • Experience with paid media on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn (preferred).
  • A background in building revenue-focused growth systems for B2B companies (preferred).
