Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
  • Manage social media accounts and create industry-specific content.
  • Conduct SEO and keyword research to improve online visibility.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
  • Monitor website analytics and use insights to improve user engagement.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated on construction industry trends and digital marketing innovations.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or a professional certification in marketing or business-related courses.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media or 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems.
  • Familiarity with construction industry marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least B2 level.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of layouts, typography, print, and web design.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
  • A compelling portfolio of work across a wide range of creative projects.
  • Ability to work on a graveyard shift.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
