Description

  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, including engagement metrics and audience demographics.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and identify key insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop ad creatives and messaging for target audiences.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform advertising strategies.
  • Use analytic tools to track and measure campaign and content effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the intelligence insights team to incorporate emerging trends into outreach strategies.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and alternative platforms.
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of individualized advertising programs aimed at reaching at-risk audiences.
  • Develop cross-platform pathways that connect individuals with skilled mental and behavioral health providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms and social media analytics tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising principles and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and manage your own workload as well as that of others.
  • Inquisitiveness and adaptability, particularly with new technology and the use of social media for research.
  • Commitment to Moonshot’s mission.
  • Ability to complete relevant security clearance procedures as required by clients.
  • Eligibility to work in the US.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO/SEM (preferred).
  • Advanced analysis of traditional and non-traditional digital platforms, or professional experience in open-source research, OSINT methods, or threat risk analysis (preferred).
  • Subject matter knowledge in violent extremism, hate crimes, or human trafficking (preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience with digital marketing on nontraditional and emerging media and social media platforms (preferred).
  • Fluency in languages other than English (preferred).
