Description

  • Upload videos and graphics, keep accounts up to date, and manage reviews.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistent branding across accounts and channels.
  • Create events and promotions to increase customer engagement.
  • Manage the contact database and support lead generation activities.
  • Research influencers, products, and businesses to identify strategic partnerships.
  • Set up affiliate accounts, liaise with partners, and manage affiliate payouts.
  • Monitor KPIs, adjust bids or budgets, and review keyword performance.
  • Gather audience insights and help develop content strategy with internal teams.
  • Prepare progress reports and track campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Research competitor trends, promotions, and marketing insights.
  • Execute SEO strategies and conduct keyword research.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or a professional certification in marketing or business-related courses.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media or 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of layouts, typography, print, and web design.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed, plus a 10 Mbps backup connection.
  • Must be located in the US and available to work US hours for 20-40 hours per week.
