Description

Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize Meta and Google paid advertising campaigns.
Update ad creatives and recommend campaign strategies based on performance results.
Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.
Convert approved Figma designs into Klaviyo campaigns and maintain CRM workflows.
Schedule and publish social media content across multiple brands.
Create social media assets in Figma using provided copy and brand guidelines.
Compile performance reports across paid ads, social media, email, and SMS.
Track metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Establish repeatable marketing processes, organize campaign assets in Google Workspace, and recommend new approaches.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Strong experience with performance marketing, including Meta and Google Ads.
Experience with email and CRM marketing.
Proficiency with Figma, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, and paid advertising platforms.
Ability to work autonomously and build systems and workflows from scratch.
Strong reading, comprehension, written, and spoken communication skills.
Ability to proactively improve campaigns and work across up to seven brands without step-by-step direction.
USB noise-canceling headset, working webcam, and computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
Primary internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
Availability for 20 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Australia time.
