Description

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts, tracking live deployments, blockers, issues, commitments, and follow-ups.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation by understanding workflows, configuring AI agents, connecting supported systems, and testing experiences end to end.
  • Configure prompts, call flows, transfer and escalation rules, knowledge, notifications, SMS, scheduling, and other product settings.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and product issues, reproduce problems, and escalate genuine engineering needs with clear evidence.
  • Verify fixes personally before confirming resolution to customers.
  • Manage daily customer communication across onboarding, check-ins, troubleshooting, renewals, retention, and expansion.
  • Identify churn risks early and intervene when customers are not receiving value.
  • Identify opportunities to automate additional workflows, locations, teams, or processes.
  • Share customer insights with the product team and document recurring issues through playbooks, templates, automation, or product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing B2B software role.
  • Experience directly owning customer relationships or accounts.
  • Strong spoken English and confidence leading customer calls independently.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience configuring software directly rather than only submitting support tickets.
  • Technical fluency with unfamiliar software, integrations, and configuration troubleshooting.
  • A reliable system for tracking customers, commitments, follow-ups, and open items.
  • Demonstrated proactive follow-through and ownership.
  • Comfort discussing retention, renewals, and account expansion.
  • Availability during US business hours.
  • Curiosity about AI and business process automation.
  • Preferred: SaaS implementation or onboarding experience.
  • Preferred: familiarity with workflow builders, automation, CRM, or no-code tools.
  • Preferred: knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, or integrations.
  • Preferred: experience with telephony, VoIP, Twilio, Dialpad, or RingCentral.
  • Preferred: healthcare, EHR, practice-management, RCM, startup, or AI automation experience.
