Description

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, update customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take extra steps to engage customers.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least B2 level.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRM tools.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive and confident with keen attention to detail.
  • Must be located in Mexico or LATAM and able to work remotely.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, a main and backup computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, and wired internet of at least 25 Mbps plus a 10 Mbps backup connection.
