Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for private and business customers with general and more complex inquiries.
  • Support customers from subscription completion through vehicle return.
  • Handle phone calls and written support tickets in a timely, friendly, and competent manner.
  • Work closely with other teams to find the best solution for customers.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer service and internal processes.
  • Help maintain FINN’s customer service quality and industry-leading standards.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy for helping others.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and a hands-on attitude.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new things.
  • Ability to think through different customer situations and perspectives.
  • Comfort working in busy or turbulent situations while staying organized.
  • Excellent German skills at native-speaker level, spoken and written.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work from Munich, fully remote or from home office within Germany; temporary work from another EU country may be possible by arrangement.
