Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for traders and customers across live chat, email, and Discord.
  • Own support interactions from first response through resolution, including follow-up as needed.
  • Identify, assess, troubleshoot, and resolve account, technical, and operational inquiries related to trading platforms, data feeds, and execution.
  • Escalate complex issues to Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams when necessary.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of trading platforms, internal tools, and proprietary systems through ongoing learning.
  • Monitor trading systems for recurring issues and proactively flag potential problems that could affect the trader experience.
  • Contribute to the Learning Center and internal knowledge bases to improve self-service support resources.
  • Support customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and response-time goals.
  • Educate current and prospective traders on how Tradeify.co works.
  • Participate in beta testing, collaborative projects, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with data accuracy and reconciliation tasks as needed to support trading operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical or financial information clearly and empathetically.
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and manage time effectively in a high-pressure setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Intercom or HubSpot, and other customer support software.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive communication with colleagues.
  • Ability to work US-trading-session-aligned hours, including early mornings or late evenings if needed.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Preferred: familiarity with prop trading, FX, futures, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and global financial markets.
  • Preferred: basic understanding of trading concepts, financial products such as futures and FX, or proprietary trading operations.
  • Preferred: experience with trading platforms such as NinjaTrader, Tradovate, or TradingView.
  • Preferred: experience using community platforms such as Telegram or Discord.
