Description

  • Perform accurate data entry, including completing intake forms and scheduling appointments.
  • Contact patients to obtain missing information or request additional documentation.
  • Upload patient information to the RX portal and coordinate medication submissions.
  • Share shipment tracking numbers with patients once medications are dispatched.
  • Handle patient communications, including FAQs, feedback, concerns, and general inquiries.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain clear, professional communication with patients and internal teams.
  • Support provider coordination and ongoing patient follow-up workflows.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least B2 level.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP tools.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive and confident with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift.
  • Must have a USB headset with noise cancellation, a working webcam, a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, and internet speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
