Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound insurance-related customer calls.
  • Assist customers with payments, renewals, and quoting support.
  • Communicate with Mandarin Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Use VOIP and Google Meet for customer calls.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks using Word, Excel, and Monday.com.
  • Support customer service operations for the insurance client.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience handling insurance-related customer calls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com.
  • Comfortable using VOIP and Google Meet.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
