Description

  • Own and optimize the full GoHighLevel setup.
  • Build and maintain automations, pipelines, forms, and workflows.
  • Diagnose and resolve CRM issues quickly.
  • Integrate GoHighLevel with calendars, funnels, email systems, and tracking tools.
  • Maintain accurate data hygiene and reporting.
  • Ensure a smooth, automated lead journey from first contact through sales and post-sale support.
  • Respond to incoming emails, DMs, and inquiries in real time.
  • Sort and prioritize leads as cold, warm, or hot and route qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Book calls directly on the sales team’s calendar.
  • Follow up consistently, update CRM records, and keep statuses clean.
  • Provide professional support to clients and direct them to the appropriate internal teammate.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of related experience in CRM operations, administrative support, or client management.
  • Strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with lead handling, client communication, and administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and keep operations running smoothly without supervision.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed.
  • Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
