  • Experience with community management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO practices and content marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for community engagement.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content and community ideas.
  • Ability to manage briefs, meet deadlines, and self-edit.
  • Experience using Ahrefs or SEMrush and understanding topical authority.
  • Ability to explain complex software value propositions clearly and without generic marketing language.
