Description

  • Film yourself on camera for short-form and long-form content across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, product pages, and ads.
  • Produce 3–5 polished videos per week, including product tutorials, walkthroughs, explainers, testimonial ads, sales enablement pieces, onboarding videos, and thought leadership content.
  • Write clear, engaging scripts, hooks, and story ideas aligned with business goals and trending formats.
  • Edit videos for multiple platforms using tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar software.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, animations, screen recordings, visual overlays, and branding elements to finished videos.
  • Handle basic filming setup, including lighting, framing, microphone checks, and camera stability.
  • Use automation and business tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, and other B2B software in content demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with campaigns and priorities.
  • Join occasional on-location shoots with clients or internal teams.
  • Suggest new content ideas and formats with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.

Requirements

  • Confident on-camera presence with a friendly, clear speaking voice.
  • Clear and fluent spoken English that U.S.-based customers can easily understand.
  • Comfortable filming yourself regularly and following scripts.
  • Experience editing video content, either short-form or long-form.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Reels.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new software tools quickly, including CRMs, Zapier, Make.com, phone systems, and automations.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to consistently meet weekly content output goals.
  • Background in content creation, influencing, livestreaming, UGC, or on-camera work is preferred.
  • Interest in AI, tech, startups, or business automation is preferred.
  • Experience writing scripts or storyboards is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lighting setups, microphones, and cameras is preferred.
  • Understanding of U.S. culture, humor, and SMB pain points is preferred.
  • Ability to adjust complex camera, lighting, and color settings is preferred.
