Description

  • Write fast, clear, and accurate long-form and short-form SEO content, including blogs, guides, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Edit and refine content for tone, clarity, structure, correctness, and SEO alignment.
  • Perform keyword research using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other keyword platforms.
  • Develop SEO-optimized outlines and content structures using research insights and AI-assisted ideation tools.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and leadership to plan and prioritize deliverables.
  • Monitor content performance by tracking keyword rankings and updating content to improve organic visibility.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content pieces by preserving tone, messaging, and voice.
  • Coordinate assignments and help maintain organized content workflows and pipelines.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience producing SEO-driven content.
  • Ability to write quickly without compromising depth or quality.
  • Strong self-editing skills and knowledge of editorial best practices.
  • Proficiency in keyword research, search intent analysis, and on-page optimization.
  • Comfort using Google Search Console, SEMrush, keyword tools, and AI ideation tools.
  • Experience writing for real estate, home services, investing, or property-related niches is a plus.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify is a plus.
  • Understanding of technical SEO elements, SERP features, and competitive content analysis is a plus.
  • At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection, with backup internet available.
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM, a Core i5 or higher processor, and a fully working webcam, mic, and audio.
