Description

  • Film on-camera short-form and long-form videos across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, product pages, and ads.
  • Produce 3–5 polished videos per week, including product tutorials, walkthroughs, explainers, UGC-style ads, sales enablement content, onboarding videos, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Write clear scripts, hooks, and storyboards for engaging video content.
  • Brainstorm video ideas aligned with business goals, campaign needs, and trending formats.
  • Edit videos for multiple platforms using tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar software.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, animations, screen recordings, overlays, and consistent branding elements.
  • Handle basic filming setup including lighting, framing, microphone checks, and camera stability.
  • Use automation and business tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, and B2B software to demonstrate product use cases.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with campaigns and messaging.
  • Join occasional on-location shoots with clients or internal teams.

Requirements

  • Strong camera presence with a confident, friendly, and clear speaking voice.
  • Fluent spoken English that is easy for U.S.-based customers to understand.
  • Comfortable filming yourself regularly and following scripts.
  • Experience editing short-form or long-form video content.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Reels.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn software tools quickly, including CRMs, Zapier, Make.com, phone systems, and automations.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to consistently meet weekly content output goals.
  • Background in content creation, influencing, livestreaming, UGC, or on-camera work is preferred.
  • Interest in AI, tech, startups, or business automation is preferred.
  • Experience writing scripts or storyboards is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lighting setups, microphones, cameras, and manual camera settings is preferred.
  • Understanding of U.S. culture, humor, and SMB pain points is preferred.
