Description

  • Map business processes and build automation workflows using triggers, actions, filters, paths, webhooks, and data transformations.
  • Integrate SaaS platforms and APIs using secure credentials, validation, and error handling.
  • Create and maintain workflows that support systems across multiple companies and business operations.
  • Build AI-powered bots and automation solutions to improve workflows and communication.
  • Integrate different systems, tools, and information sources into centralized, efficient workflows.
  • Test workflows, monitor failures, troubleshoot issues, and manage workflow versions.
  • Document workflows and create support procedures for ongoing maintenance.
  • Gather and clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, technical constraints, and priorities.
  • Build, configure, troubleshoot, test, and maintain systems and software relevant to the role.
  • Work on automation initiatives across Hospitality, Real Estate, Property Management, and Construction operations.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in automation, integrations, or Zapier development.
  • A demonstrated portfolio, code samples, or relevant technical work.
  • Strong proficiency with Zapier.
  • Experience with Make or n8n.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Experience with Git and code repositories.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of version control, testing, security, and software delivery practices.
  • Strong experience with Claude and its available tools (priority).
  • Ability to build and maintain complex automation workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and manage technical projects from requirements through implementation.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
  • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.
