Description

  • Act as first point of contact for new prospects and handle inbound demo requests, defining clear next steps.
  • Own pipeline hygiene by logging all contacts, leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
  • Progress leads through the sales funnel via proactive follow-ups (calls, texts, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Run persuasive outreach to warm leads and prospecting motions to generate meetings and opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual product/service demos, answer questions, and tailor presentations to customer needs.
  • Partner with senior sales to achieve revenue targets and share feedback to improve messaging and process.
  • Price and upsell solutions when appropriate, handle objections, and negotiate deals across various industries.
  • Research customer needs, position product value end-to-end, and represent solutions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work independently, meet deadlines reliably, and continuously iterate on sales approach based on feedback and results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales-related experience at a SaaS company (2–3 years in sales, business development, account management/executive, or marketing is highlighted).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Psychology/Cognitive Studies, Communication, English, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and converting qualified leads into paying customers.
  • Demonstrated follow-up motion using call blocks, email cadences, and texting.
  • Experience running virtual demos, tailoring pricing, upselling, and handling objections/negotiations.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills and tech-savviness with analytical thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, meet deadlines reliably, and work independently to meet/exceed goals.
  • Hunter mentality: competitive, resilient, curious about customers, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and prospecting tools (preferred examples: Airtable, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce), and collaboration/meeting tools (Google Meet/Zoom, Slack/Discord, ClickUp, Zoho, Google Workspace).
  • Willingness/ability to work the role schedule: 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

  • Base salary £25,000–£38,000 per year (final offer depends on location, experience, and interview).
