Description

  • Manage the full sales pipeline from pre-demo through implementation.
  • Build relationships with prospects and customers to identify needs, qualify interest, and convert leads into paying customers.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, texts, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and automated sequences.
  • Conduct product demos and explain the service, value proposition, features, and technical concepts to prospects and customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales executives, product, technology, and leadership teams to support company goals.
  • Support onboarding by calling customers who have not completed setup and helping them get started.
  • Assist customers with setup, customization, integrations, and technical support issues.
  • Use tools such as Zapier to help resolve integration challenges and create customer solutions.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, chats, texts, and other communications as needed.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or solutions work.
  • At least 1 year of sales-related experience at a SaaS company.
  • Experience managing a pipeline of prospects and converting leads into paid customers.
  • Experience with prospect follow-up through calls, email cadences, and texting.
  • Experience conducting virtual product demos, handling objections, negotiating, and upselling.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar tools, plus prospecting software and collaboration tools like Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, Discord, and G Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Psychology/Cognitive Studies, Communication, English, Technology/Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Willingness to work US hours or a graveyard shift.
  • Experience with AI, generative AI, prompt engineering, APIs, or automation software is preferred.
  • Customer-facing experience over the phone or in person is preferred.
