Description

  • Manage end-to-end execution of multiple SaaS projects, priorities, and delivery phases.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, ownership, and roadmaps.
  • Coordinate product, engineering, design, QA, business, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Drive daily execution, facilitate planning meetings, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and delivery discussions.
  • Identify and resolve blockers, risks, operational gaps, and dependencies proactively.
  • Maintain release sheets, sprint trackers, project documentation, and status reports.
  • Communicate project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure accountability, quality standards, security practices, and scalable execution methodologies.
  • Review workflows and implement process improvements and project execution best practices.
  • Balance delivery speed, quality, and operational efficiency while contributing hands-on when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management.
  • Expertise with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
  • Experience managing SaaS-based, cloud-driven, and AI-powered products or projects.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile execution processes.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven products, integrations, or intelligent automation workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, and process management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and shifting priorities simultaneously.
  • Structured, accountable, execution-focused mindset with strong ownership and bias for action.
  • Ability to understand systems and workflows, ask effective technical questions, and provide detailed feedback.
