Description

  • Manage procure-to-pay and source-to-pay activities, including contract and SOW review, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and vendor support.
  • Partner with departments to define purchasing needs and provide guidance throughout the procurement process.
  • Lead and support RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes, including vendor proposal evaluation.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, scopes of work, and other commercial terms with Legal and business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve vendor pricing, commercial terms, total cost of ownership, and overall value.
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and resolve open commitments and invoice holds.
  • Manage procurement inquiries, workflows, service levels, bottlenecks, and escalations.
  • Support vendor management, including supplier performance, spend optimization, supplier diversity, and AI technology initiatives.
  • Maintain procurement data, documentation, catalogs, and internal controls.
  • Improve procurement processes, systems, workflows, documentation, and automation while supporting cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, and contract drafting experience, including SOWs and MSAs.
  • Experience managing procure-to-pay and/or source-to-pay activities.
  • Experience leading or supporting competitive sourcing, including RFPs, RFQs, and vendor evaluations.
  • Experience negotiating vendor pricing and commercial terms.
  • Experience with procurement platforms or ERP systems; Coupa and Sage Intacct experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accurate, controlled processes.
  • Ability to work independently, build stakeholder relationships, and collaborate across diverse teams.
